The head of the State Administration of Svyatoshynska district in the city of Kyiv

 

1. He heads the state administration of the Svyatoshyn district in the city of Kyiv,

manages its activities, bears personal responsibility for

execution of tasks entrusted to the district state administration in the city of Kyiv

tasks and powers, defined by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine

"About local state administrations", "About the capital of Ukraine – hero city

Kiev", other laws of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, acts

President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by decisions of the Kyiv City Council

for the sake of, orders of the Kyiv City Mayor, executive body

Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration).

 

2. Ensures the exercise of powers of the Svyatoshyn district in the city

Kyiv State Administration:

in the field of budget and finance, planning and accounting, tax policy;

in the field of providing administrative services;

in the field of social security and social protection of the population;

in the field of population employment, labor and wages;

in the field of culture;

in the field of cultural heritage protection;

in the field of tourism;

in the field of civil protection of the population and territory against emergency situations

man-made and natural nature;

in the field of social and economic development;

in the field of investment activity;

in the field of public procurement;

in industry, scientific, scientific, technical and innovative

activities;

in the field of foreign economic policy in the field of European and

Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine

in the field of anti-corruption policy;

in the field of law enforcement, law and order, protection of rights, freedoms and

legitimate interests of citizens;

in the field of interaction with law enforcement agencies;

in the field of alternative recruitment (non-military) service;

on the implementation of state policy regarding state secrets;

in the field of internal audit.

 

3. Represents Svyatoshynska district in the city of Kyiv state

administration in relations with the Kyiv City Council, executive body

Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration ),

territorial bodies of ministries, other central bodies

executive power, with other state authorities, with enterprises,

institutions and organizations, public associations and citizens

within, defined by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, as in Ukraine, so and so

beyond its borders.

 

4. Determines and distributes responsibilities between the first deputy chairman,

deputy head and chief of staff of Svyatoshynska district in the city

Kyiv State Administration.

 

5. Directs and coordinates the activities of the first deputy chairman,

deputy heads, head of the office of Svyatoshynska district in the city of Kyiv

state administration, heads of structural subdivisions of Svyatoshynska"

^ district state administration in the city of Kyiv.

 

6. Directs, coordinates and controls the activities of structural

units of direct subordination:

financial management;

management (Center) provision of administrative services;

administration of labor and social protection of the population;

department of culture and protection of cultural heritage;

accounting and reporting department;

department for civil protection;

legal department;

Department of Economics;

sector of interaction with law enforcement agencies, prevention and

detection of corruption;

sector of tender procedures;

sector of organizational and analytical support for the work of the head;

the chief specialist in regime-secret work;

chief internal audit specialist.

 

7. Coordinates and controls activities:

Territorial center of social service Svyatoshynskyi

district of. Of Kyiv;

Center for Family and Women's Affairs "Family House".

 

8. Within the limits of the powers provides interaction with:

National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption;

Kyiv local prosecutor's office no 8;

Head Office of the Security Service of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv and

Kyiv region;

Sviatoshyn police department of the Main Directorate of the National

police in the city of Kiev;

Sviatoshyn District Administration of State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv;

Sviatoshyn District Court of the city of Kyiv;

Central interregional administration of the Ministry of Justice

(m. Kiev);

Svyatoshyn district department of the state executive service in the city

of the Central Interregional Administration of the Ministry of Justice in Kyiv

(m. Kiev);

Sviatoshyn district in the city of Kyiv by the department of the Central DRATSS

interregional administration of the Ministry of Justice (m. Kiev);

The State Tax Inspectorate in ,Sviatoshyn district of the State Government

State Tax Service in. Kyiv;

Sviatosh inskyi RV branch of the State institution "Probation Center" in

m. Kyiv and Kyiv region;

defense structures, other law enforcement agencies;

Administration of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in

Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv;

Right Bank Department of the Executive Directorate of the Fund

of social insurance of Ukraine in. Kyiv;

9. Coordinates the activities of the territorial bodies of the ministries,

other central bodies of executive power on the territory of Svyatoshynskyi

district of Kyiv and assists them in fulfilling the tasks assigned to these bodies.

 

10. Negotiates, signs relevant agreements and contracts.

 

11. Organizes and conducts management of territorial defense on

territory of the Sviatoshyn district of the city of Kyiv.

 

12. Organizes work on exercising patronage over the military

parts of Ukraine.

 

13. Heads the State Collegium of Svyatoshynska district in the city of Kyiv

administration.

 

14. Acts as the chief administrator within the scope of the given powers

funds of the Svyatoshyn district state administration in the city of Kyiv,

using them exclusively for their intended purpose.
