• Svyatoshynska district state administration in the city of Kyiv.

2. Performs duties, determined by the head of the Svyatoshyn district state administration in the city of Kyiv, and bears personal responsibility for the state of affairs in the area of ​​work assigned to him.
3. Ensures the implementation of the powers of the Svyatoshyn district state administration in the city of Kyiv:
   • In the field of housing and communal services;
   • In the field of cooperation with associations of co-owners of apartment buildings;
   • In the field of fuel and energy complex, energy saving;
   • In the field of transport and communication;
   • In the field of mobilization work, conscription of citizens for military service;
   • In the field of funeral services;
   • In the field of improvement;

   • In the field of consumer rights protection;
   • In the field of promoting the development of entrepreneurship and implementation of state regulatory policy;
   • In the field of labor protection.
4. Provides within the limits of its authority, provided by law,
   • Implementation of state policy in the field of state secret protection in accordance with the requirements of current legislation,
   • Participates in development (specified) of the mobilization plan of the Svyatoshyn district of the city of Kyiv,
   • Organizes and participates in events, related to mobilization training and mobilization in Sviatoshyn district.
5. Within the limits of his authority, he interacts with structural subdivisions:
   • Executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration),
   • District state administrations in the city of Kyiv, permanent commissions of the Kyiv City Council.
6. In accordance with its powers, organizes the preparation of draft orders of the State Administration of Svyatoshynska District in the city of Kyiv on issues , materials on individual issues for consideration at board meetings and staff meetings of the head of the Svyatoshyn district state administration in the city of Kyiv.
7. Directs within the limits of his powers, coordinates and supervises the activities of the structural subdivisions directly subordinated:
   • Department of Housing and Communal Services;
   • Department of Public Works Control;
   • Department of trade, consumer market and entrepreneurship;
   • Sector for mobilization work;
   • Sector for labor protection.

8. Coordinates and supervises the activities of the communal enterprise "Management company for maintenance of the housing stock of Sviatoshyn district,. Kyiv".
9. Informs the head of the Sviatoshyn district state administration in the city of Kyiv based on the results of the review of reports on the work of managers transferred to the sphere of administration of the Sviatoshyn district state administration in the city of Kyiv.:
   • Enterprises,
   • Institution,
   • Organizations
10. Coordinates within the scope of authority, provided to the State Administration of Svyatoshynska District in the city of Kyiv, activity:
    • Municipal enterprise for the maintenance of green spaces in the Svyatoshyn district of Kyiv;
    • Communal Enterprise "Svyatoshin Forest Park Management";
    • of the utility company "Road Operations Department for the Repair and Maintenance of Roads and Road Constructions of the Sviatoshyn District";
    • Municipal enterprise "Kyivteploenergo",
    • Structural subdivisions of the private joint-stock company "JSC "Kyivvodokanal",
